Shipping & Delivery Policy
We begin processing your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it. For most orders that do not require any customizations or alterations, the dispatch is usually completed within 48 to 72 hours. If your order involves custom tailoring or specific modifications, the processing time may extend slightly depending on the nature of the request. Please note that during national holidays, government-imposed restrictions, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events, dispatch timelines may be affected.
For domestic orders within India, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, irrespective of the pin code or the number of items. For customers opting for Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat fee of ₹60 is charged as a logistics fee. All domestic deliveries are handled through DTDC, our exclusive shipping partner.
For international orders, we deliver to all countries that allow shipments originating from India. A flat shipping charge of USD 20 is applied to all international orders valued up to USD 300, regardless of the number of items in the order. Our product prices include all applicable Indian taxes, however, any import duties or customs charges applicable at the destination country must be borne by the customer. DTDC and its global logistics partners handle all our international shipments.
The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 4 to 5 working days from the date of order placement. For international orders, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 8 working days. If your order involves customization or alteration, the delivery schedule may vary. If you face any issues such as trouble tracking your order, delayed delivery, or have not received your order, please get in touch with our support team immediately. If the product you receive is incorrect or the package appears tampered with, we advise you not to accept the delivery. Alternatively, mark it as tampered on the delivery form and take photographs to help us investigate. We are committed to resolving any delivery-related issues promptly.
