Returns and exchanges are only allowed within 3 days of the product being delivered.
Products can be returned or exchanged only under the following conditions:
1. Defective Product
> Customers must inform us about the defect and provide a picture of the product as proof.
> If approved, the product can be either replaced (subject to availability) or returned.
> For replacement, the new product will only be dispatched after verifying that the defect is due to manufacturing.
> If returned, the amount will be credited to the site wallet after the product is picked up.
> The credited amount in the wallet has no expiration and can be used for future purchases.
2.Wrong Size Sent
> A replacement will be processed after a pickup agent verifies that the wrong-sized product is undamaged.
> Once verified, the correct size product will be dispatched.
> Products can only be returned once, and the delivery charges will be borne by the company.
> If a replacement is requested more than once, the delivery cost will be borne by the customer (except under special circumstances).
3.Wrong Product Sent
> A new product will be dispatched only after our team verifies that the originally sent product is undamaged.
Return Shipping & Fees
> The company covers one-time return shipping costs for eligible returns.
> If a product is replaced more than once, the customer will bear the delivery charges.
Refund Policy
> Refunds for returned items will be issued in the form of site wallet credit only.
> The credited amount has no expiration and can be used for future purchases.Non-Returnable Items.
Cancellation Policy
1.Cancellation Window:
> Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
2.Refund for Prepaid Orders:
> If a prepaid order is canceled, the refund will be processed as site wallet credit.
